We reserve the right to void an order. Possible reasons for our actions are:

Therefore we reserve the right to remove/amend any item from an order. Alternatively, we may counter-propose a revised price for your consideration.
We may cancel/amend an order without notice if payment is not received within 30 days of the order being made.

When a customer places an order, it is merely an offer to merliontreasure.com. It does not equate to a contract merliontreasure.com may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or for other reasons.
The contract is established once all these events occur:
Buyer places an order.
The order is paid for by the buyer through one of the payment options and received by merliontreasure.com.
The order is shipped by merliontreasure.com and a notification email is sent.
RETURN POLICY
At MerlionTreasure.com, we are dedicated to enhancing your shopping experience. While we aim to provide the best service possible, we understand that customers may occasionally wish to return items for a refund. The following outlines our refund and return policies for the various merchandise and services we offer:
SINGLES
Due to the constant fluctuations in the singles market, returns on single cards are not accepted. All orders undergo a thorough check before shipment. In the event of any errors with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
SEALED PRODUCTS & APPAREL ITEMS
If you wish to return any factory-sealed merchandise received from us, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Once your return is approved, send the merchandise back to us in its original condition, and we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping charges. In case of an error on our part, a full refund, including associated shipping charges, will be processed. However, if a factory-sealed item was opened after delivery, it will not be eligible for return, and no exceptions will be made to this policy.
